Carl Stamitz
Carl Stamitz (1745-1801) was one of the major German composers of the influencial Mannheim school, following in the footsteps of his pioneering father Johann.
He was a prolific composer, writing more than fifty symphonies, sixty concertos and a large volume of chamber music.
