William Henry Squire
William Henry Squire (1871-1963) was a British cellist and composer.
He was a distinguished cellist and educator, and became professor of cello at both the Royal College and Guildhall schools of music in London. Almost all of his compositions were small scale works, many for cello and piano.
One such piece was the Tarentella in D minor Op.23, published around 1896, and piano accompaniment tracks for Squires Tarentella can be found on this website. A link for the work is below.
