Johann Pachelbel
Johann Pachelbel (1653-1706) was a German composer and organist.
He was well regarded as a composer in his lifetime, writing many sacred and secular works, and helped develop the chorale prelude and fugue which became an important element of the Baroque era.
He is best known today for the ubiquitous Canon in D, and accompaniment tracks for Pachelbels Canon can be found on this website. A link for the work is below.
