François Schubert
François Schubert (1808-1878) was a German violinist and composer.
As a violinist he played in the Staatskapelle Dresden for fifty years. He composed many works and studies for violin, as well as chamber music, but he is best remembered for his short bagatelle called Die Biene (The Bee, or L'Abeille).
